Responsibilities

Operate as a Tower Foreman in the installation, maintenance, and de-installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, including grounding conduits, electrical installations, site de-installation of antennas, coax, and BTS cabinets (base transceiver station)
Perform lead responsibilities and effectively interface with all levels of management, staff, and customer requirements
Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance (including out of season equipment), repairing, and occasionally installing various cell tower types
Complete assigned tasks within project scope accurately and efficiently
Maintain proper installation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
Analyze/interpret site data and calculate figures
Isolate basic hardware, software, and air interface malfunctions utilizing various test equipment (Sweeps, PIM, Fiber, Microwave, etc.) on multiple products and technologies
Working with a crew and responding to service calls promptly

Required

Previous Tower Tech III or Tower Foreman experience is highly preferred
Proven construction (civil and RF) skills, understanding scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, and deliverable management
Climbing Safety & Rescue Certification (assistance may be provided for renewals)
Ability to read and understand construction drawings (CD's) and Plumbing diagrams (RFDS)
Knowledge of relevant electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
Working knowledge of cell site service monitors, RF test equipment, Fiber, and PIM equipment
High level of organization and scheduling abilities
Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards and possess a strong understanding of safety protocols
Climbing structures and or operating lifts for prolonged periods
Must be able to work at heights 90' to 500+'; maintain efficient weatherproofing, grounding, and rigging techniques
Lifting heavy objects and stretching above your head
Ability to travel in the market area for multiple days with Per Diem, depending on the project
