Responsibilities
Drive programs and/or projects, including leading feature definition, system architecture, timelines, milestones, and risk management to ensure on-time delivery of features
Collaborate with multiple partner organizations and various disciplines such as Design, Engineering, and QA to deliver highly integrated experiences
Provide clear, timely, concise, and objective communication, including regular program status updates, critical issues and mitigations, changes in plans, risks, and requests for action
Qualification
Required
At least 6-8 years of experience in project or program management, leading cross-functional software engineering teams in large organizations to deliver consumer-facing technology products
Comfortable structuring new programs and leading multiple work streams independently
Solid understanding of system architecture, design trade-offs with thorough understanding of testing, build and release processes for complex software
Bachelors or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
Proven ability to lead, influence, and resolve conflicts within large, complex teams
Demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a product mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and the ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly
Preferred
Experience working with voice assistant technology
Experience in delivering user-facing software features and driving full-stack development
