Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily construction activities at the project site
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Support in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
Monitor material usage, site progress, and work quality
Assist in site measurements, inspections, and reporting
Help identify and resolve on-site technical issues
Support in maintaining site documentation, reports, and compliance records
Collaborate with project engineers and managers to ensure timely project completion
Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance at the site
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Basic understanding of construction methods, building materials, and site execution
Familiarity with civil drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
Ability to interpret structural and architectural plans
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to field conditions
Preferred
Internship or site experience is a plus
