Responsibilities

Lead planning and scheduling of video shoots, collaborating with internal teams to develop creative concepts and scripts

Collaborate with corporate marketing, internal communications, brand, and other teams across the company to produce video content

Manage video, lighting, and audio equipment while providing leadership and management of internal studio operations

Work directly with executive-level leaders during studio shoots

Operate camera, lighting, and sound equipment during shoots, providing technical expertise and creative direction as needed

Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring adherence to brand standards

Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting key deadlines

Organize and maintain video files, project assets, and equipment inventory to streamline workflow and support team efficiency

Create graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed

Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve technical issues that arise during shoots to minimize disruptions and maintain production standards

Research and stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production and content marketing
