Responsibilities

Lead central initiatives aimed at optimizing and centralizing global sales processes related to Partner Incentive payouts
Oversee complex programs and projects, driving significant improvements in sales and process efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience
Partner closely with senior leadership across Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Contracts, and Information Systems & Technology to find opportunities, design innovative solutions, and implement transformative changes

Required

10+ years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field, with a strong focus on sales processes
5+ years of proven experience leading and managing teams, including managers (M2 level experience)
Deep expertise in sales methodologies, sales tools (e.g., CRM, Contracts Lifecycle, Financial payments, Reporting), and the end-to-end sales lifecycle in a global enterprise
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex process transformation programs from conception to successful implementation
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions
Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences, including executive leadership
Strong understanding of change management principles and experience driving organizational adoption
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience working in a global organization, understanding regional nuances and driving global standardization where appropriate

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree or equivalent experience
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile methodologies
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL)
Familiarity with Apple's product ecosystem and sales channels
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Engineering
