Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent education plus one year of related experience
Knowledge of research design and procedures, specifically in approaches anchored in 'design thinking'
Skills in conducting interviews, focus groups, surveys, and general research design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to produce professional-quality research, writing, and findings in a timely manner
Preferred
Experience in graphic design, digital media, social media, or general marketing
