Responsibilities

Candidates with Medicare experience and/or Healthcare background will be moved to the top of the list
Intuitive thinker who can apply critical thinking skills and understands leadership role of a PM
Proactive mindset on open questions and follow ups - listen and resolve issues as they occur
4+ years of PMO software project exp
Highly proficient with Microsoft Project or similar
PMO exp - have managed projects within PMO
Monthly project financial forecasting exp.:
Clarity exp or similar PMO management tool to track project details such as resource allocations, job tasks, risks, workstreams and capabilities
Healthcare background
Medicare Experience required
Experience creating project financial forecasts on a monthly basis
Experience in preparing for Tollgating or phase-gating projects
Experience creating and distributing project status reports
Experience creating detailed project plans
