Responsibilities

Owns gearing design from concept through aftermarket support and obsolescence planning

Develops and maintains FMEAs, design guides, and validation plans

Collaborates with supply chain, quality, and manufacturing to define processes and resolve issues

Leads component and system-level testing, including field validation and documentation

Conducts failure analysis and supports issue resolution, including travel to customer sites

Interfaces with internal teams and external suppliers to drive design and process improvements

Supports customer inquiries and product development through technical reviews

Ensures high-quality documentation including drawings, specifications, and service manuals

Participates in manufacturing reviews, PPAPs, pilot builds, and inspections

Manages multiple projects effectively and ensures alignment with business standards

Required

Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering, physics, or computer science discipline
