Responsibilities

Edit and create short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Adapt existing video materials into engaging, platform-optimized short videos
Select impactful moments, structure content effectively, and ensure strong hooks and pacing
Apply captions, transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines
Optimize videos for each platform’s format, performance, and best practices
Ensure consistency in style, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
Collaborate with the Marketing team on content needs, priorities, and timelines
Deliver edited videos on time, incorporating feedback and revisions when needed
Deliver approximately 15 short-form videos per month

Required

Proven experience editing short-form social media videos for professional or educational brands
Experience with content related to business, finance, taxes, investments, accounting, or professional services

Excellent attention to detail and strong sense of visual storytelling
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight deadlines
Advanced level of Spanish and English is essential to ensure seamless editing across languages
