The Human Resources Summer Intern will support Oldcastle APG's HR team in delivering key initiatives across employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance, offering hands-on experience in core HR functions and strategic projects that impact the employee experience.

Responsibilities

Participate in HR data analysis and reporting using Excel and HRIS tools

Help organize employee engagement programs and events

Collaborate on special HR projects related to talent development, HR Operations, Benefits, and Policy Administration

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Required

Students pursuing Bachelor's Degree Program in Junior Year of College or Third year of University (Anticipated Graduation date of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027)

Concentration or Area of Study in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or similar major

Strong Microsoft Suite skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn HR systems quickly

Ability to attend program hosted in Atlanta, GA

Strong willingness to learn, detail oriented, and works well in a collaborative team environment
