Junior HR Generalist
Confidential company is seeking a Junior HR Generalist to serve as a trusted HR partner. The role involves providing comprehensive support on people-related topics, facilitating communication, managing employee relations, and overseeing various HR functions to foster a positive workplace.

Responsibilities
Facilitate clear and effective communication between associates and leadership
Support problem-solving activities, including incident investigations and resolution
Assist with new hire induction to ensure a smooth integration into the organization
Manage employee recognition initiatives to promote engagement and morale
Oversee temporary labor processes and manage hourly annual review cycles
Generate monthly HR reports for leadership and ensure compliance with internal processes
Coordinate internal bid processes and manage visa requirements for international trainees
Assist in meeting and exceeding established HR targets and objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws (ERISA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Self-motivated and capable of representing all shifts as needed
