Vice President of Financial Planning Analysis
Confidential company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to serve as a strategic leader reporting to the CFO. This role is responsible for overseeing all FP&A activities, driving financial performance, and providing actionable insights to support key business decisions.

Responsibilities
Lead the FP&A function, including the development and execution of annual budgets, long-range plans, forecasts, and financial models
Directly manage FP&A teams responsible for Commercial, Operations, Distribution, and Corporate functions, providing leadership, coaching, and professional development
Oversee and coordinate the preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
Ensure accurate and timely corporate reporting to the parent company, in compliance with all reporting requirements and deadlines
Partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational improvements through data-driven financial analysis
Establish and maintain robust FP&A processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, consistency, and data integrity
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for the CFO, Board of Directors, and parent company stakeholders
Monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for performance improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in financial planning & analysis, including leadership roles in complex organizations
Proven track record in managing cross-functional FP&A teams and delivering results in a multi-entity or matrixed environment
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience interacting with executive leadership and parent company stakeholders
Advanced proficiency with financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP, BI platforms, Excel)
