Own full-cycle AP: invoices, payments, reconciliations
Manage vendor relationships with quick, accurate communication
Troubleshoot discrepancies with Project Managers & Purchasing
Keep AP operations running smoothly in a high-volume setting
Qualification
Required
Previous high volume AP invoicing experience (construction = a bonus!)
Strong Excel and organizational skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Preferred
Experience with ERP/paperless AP systems is a plus
