Responsibilities
Conduct user research, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, to understand user behaviors/needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure our product teams make user-centric, data-driven decisions
Create and maintaining documentation, such as usability test reports, user research findings, and UX design evaluations, to track progress and share insights with team members and stakeholders
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and research, and applying them to improve the product's user experience
Advocate for the importance of UX research within the company, helping teams understand when and how to best utilize research insights
Qualification
Required
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a human behavior related field (i.e. human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, communication, information science)
2+ years professional experience in UX Research or Product Research — B2B/SaaS preferred
A strong portfolio demonstrating research design, execution, and outcomes
Strong knowledge and experience in UX research methodologies — both quantitative and qualitative
Experience with remote, moderated and unmoderated research and data collection
Strong knowledge of statistical data and usage in supporting hypotheses
Strong understanding of user-centered design
Strong sense of Empathy to unique client needs across different user archetypes
Collaborative skillset to coordinate stakeholders and contributors
