Responsibilities

Manage creative project workflows, ensuring seamless execution from briefing to final delivery
Work closely with creative teams, ensuring designers, copywriters, and strategists have the information and resources they need
Oversee timelines, budgets, and production schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
Facilitate cross-functional communication, aligning stakeholders on objectives, feedback, and key milestones
Coordinate asset production for print, digital, social, and video projects, ensuring high-quality execution
Manage specs and deadlines for creative assets, working with media teams to ensure timely delivery of assets for campaign launch
Facilitate internal meetings, track action items, and document key takeaways to keep teams aligned
Ensure creative deliverables align with brand guidelines, messaging, and strategic goals
Problem-solve workflow bottlenecks, proactively identifying solutions to keep projects on track
Work closely with the project management department to identify process improvements and contribute to optimizing workflows for greater efficiency

Required

5-7 years of project management experience in an agency or similar fast-paced, client-focused environment
Proven experience in process development, workflow automation, and operational strategy

Ability to lead and mentor teams, providing guidance while fostering collaboration and accountability
Strong communication skills, with an ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making
Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com, Workamajig, Smartsheet, Asana, or Workfront
Familiarity with production, creative processes, and integrated marketing campaigns
