Responsibilities
Lead product strategy, development, and delivery for Ironbeam’s trading platform and related systems
Collaborate with trading, compliance, risk, operations, and IT teams to identify business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements
Define, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature releases
Analyze trading workflows and data to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and client satisfaction improvements
Develop business cases for new initiatives supported by data-driven insights
Serve as product owner in Agile development cycles, writing user stories and ensuring stakeholder alignment
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-release analysis to measure impact and guide continuous improvement
Stay informed about industry regulations, exchange initiatives, and competitive trends in futures trading technology
Create documentation, reports, and visualizations for executive and operational use
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)
5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles within the futures trading, brokerage, or financial technology industries
Strong understanding of the futures markets, trading workflows, and FCM operations
Demonstrated experience defining and delivering technology products from concept to launch
Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Experience working with development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance technical detail with strategic thinking and execution
