Territory Sales Manager

Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship development
Strong strategic planning, territory management, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in an on-site sales environment
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
Preferred
Prior experience in construction, modular space, or similar industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
