Responsibilities

Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, auto, and other related claims
Conduct all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation
Collaborate with clients and partners to develop defense strategies, ensure compliance with client guidelines, and provide high-quality legal representation
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments and strategy

Qualification

Juris Doctor (JD)Active law licenseInsurance defense experienceAnalytical skillsNegotiation skillsCommunication skills

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Indiana (other states is a plus)
Prior experience in insurance defense or related litigation is preferred
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
