Responsibilities

Drive business growth with Club and Cash & Carry customers across a portfolio of leading food brands
Own and execute a multi-brand, multi-category portfolio strategy within foodservice
Lead brand performance, profitability, and growth initiatives across assigned customers
Develop and implement Joint Business Plans, clearly articulating category growth opportunities and value creation
Sustain and expand existing business while improving margins through pricing, assortment, and program optimization
Proactively identify and manage short- and long-term risks within customer strategies
Deliver accurate forecasting to reduce waste and minimize out-of-stock risks
Lead innovation launches at both national and local customer levels
Activate digital and omni-channel strategies to support customer engagement and sales growth
Build and deliver persuasive, insight-led sales presentations
Stay closely connected to foodservice trends through store visits, customer engagement, and industry events
Represent the organization as a trusted partner and solution-oriented advisor
Plan, track, and execute commercial activities within CRM platforms (Salesforce)
Provide day-to-day leadership through task prioritization, delegation, performance feedback, and operational decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree, Culinary degree, or equivalent relevant experience
5–10+ years of experience in foodservice sales or a comparable retail environment
Demonstrated success building strategic relationships at headquarters, regional, and store levels
Strong proficiency with digital and analytical tools (e.g., CRM platforms, AI-enabled tools, Power BI)
Advanced analytical and spreadsheet capabilities
Proven ability to plan and execute in-store and digital activations with measurable commercial impact
Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgment
Expertise in developing clear, compelling, data-driven presentations
Experience executing brand activations and marketing programs
Solid financial understanding, including P&L ownership and profitability management

Preferred

Exposure to AI-powered tools and emerging technologies
Contract negotiation and management experience
Strong interest in the foodservice and culinary industry
Background in annual and quarterly planning cycles
Proven success in customer relationship management and joint business planning
