Required

7+ years senior program analysis experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience

Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience. Bachelor's required; Master's preferred

Good understanding of project management principles; strong analytical skills; knowledge of federal budgeting concepts; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project)
