Digital Account Executive, Patient Recruitment

Responsibilities

Build a lucrative book of business by introducing innovative recruitment solutions to top-tier Pharma brands and CROs for EHG P&P's digital patient recruitment solutions through prospecting, lead generation, and new account development
Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business within Pharma and CRO accounts, leveraging strategic media plans to solve complex patient recruitment challenges across women’s health, pregnancy, and pediatrics
Actively manage and expand your sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at CROs and pharmaceutical companies
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, actively managing pipeline to ensure accurate projections and revenue attainment
Collaborate with legal to review and negotiate SOWs and MSAs
Collaborate strategically with internal teams (account management, planning, marketing) to optimize client campaigns and maximize revenue opportunities
Provide client feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development

Required

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience including 2 or more of proven digital media sales success (clinical research/pharma preferred)
Experience selling digital media solutions to achieve client goals (e.g., registrations, enrollments) and track performance
Experience in solution/value-based selling
Experience with healthcare or similar highly regulated clients (pharma/patient recruitment experience preferred)
Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Office, and Microsoft Office - PPT, Excel and Word
Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex, highly regulated sales cycles
