Responsibilities
Develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and associated frameworks
Support the reliability, security, and performance of our backend infrastructure
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions
Enable product engineers to develop quickly, safely, and in an environment that is fun to work in
Qualification
Required
Develops, and maintains scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and associated frameworks
Hands-on engineer who loves to tackle complex problems in building products
Self-starter who works best with a clear goal and own direction
Values stable and well tested technologies but isn't afraid to bring in new ideas when useful
Great teammate who is happy to collaborate with engineering and non-engineering peers
Worked on production python systems
Experience with Django and PostgreSQL
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g. GitHub Actions, Docker)
