Responsibilities
Interpret and validate wire harness blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings
Develop, maintain, and optimize work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
Participate in first article builds and support new product introductions
Identify and implement process improvements relating to efficiency and quality
Recommend equipment, tooling, fixtures, and machinery improvements
Support quoting and cost analysis
Maintain preventive maintenance documentation and SOPs and coordinate related activities
Troubleshoot production issues
Manage documentation updates
Research new technologies and industry best practices
Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
Experience interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
Strong manufacturing process knowledge
Experience creating SOPs and work instructions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Wire harness or cable assembly experience
Experience with Zuken, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
Lean / continuous improvement experience
