Responsibilities
Supporting other senior team members in portfolio construction and quantitative analysis efforts
Contributing to a wide variety of projects in coordination with other teams within JPMAAM including Research, Risk Management and Client Solutions
Qualification
Required
A degree in Finance, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
Knowledge of and passion for global financial markets, with a focus on investment and risk analysis
Good knowledge of statistical concepts
Hands-on experience and understanding of portfolio construction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid analytical skills and experience processing large sets of information and data
Strong Excel skills are a must (including VBA/macros)
Python, SQL, and Tableau are also required
Ability to execute within a fast-paced and demanding environment while managing multiple concurrent projects
Preferred
A Master's degree in a related area (including econometrics) is a plus
CFA designation achieved or in progress is a plus
