Program Manager for Community Engagement, Hybrid, College of Arts and Sciences
The University of Cincinnati is a leading urban public research university seeking a highly organized and dynamic Program Manager for the College of Arts and Sciences. This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events to enhance the college's mission and visibility, ensuring high-quality experiences for all participants.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and execution of a wide range of events, which may include, lectures, seminars, conferences, workshops, and community engagement activities
Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to identify event objectives and design programs that align with institutional goals
Manage event logistics, including vendor/venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, accommodations, and timeline development
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial guidelines
Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts, including the creation of promotional materials, social media outreach, and collaboration with A&S Marketing & Communications
Supervise on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting any issues that arise
Evaluate event outcomes and gather feedback to inform continuous improvement of future programming
Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and community partners to support successful events
Ensure compliance with university policies, risk management, and safety regulations for all events
Strategic development of an ongoing calendar of events to improve community & attendee engagement
Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Seven (7) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
Three (3) years of relevant experience
