Responsibilities

Performing national service assignments at customer sites

Gaining hands-on experience on the shop floor to fully understand our machines and systems

Training on new systems at both AAE locations (Helmond, Netherlands and Morrisville, NC)

Installing and commissioning machines at customer locations worldwide

Performing maintenance and modifications on-site

Supporting the assembly and service teams when working at an AAE location

Required

Associate degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

3–5+ years in a technical service environment

Mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems knowledge

Industrial machinery expertise

Diagnostic tool proficiency

Understanding of safety protocols

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Customer-focused mindset

Excellent communication skills

English (additional languages a plus)

Up to 70% travel, often with short notice (within two days)

This position requires a valid passport that remains in effect for a minimum of 6 months
