Responsibilities
Guide the technical direction of the team, ensuring the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions
Oversee delivery, ensuring timelines are met, quality standards are maintained, and resources are efficiently utilized
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, set priorities, and align the engineering team with business goals
Participation in and well-planned implementation of established quality improvement initiatives and processes
Measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals
Partner with leadership to influence and drive org design, contribution and prioritization
Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies, and encourage the team to explore new tools, techniques, and best practices that can benefit the organization
Performs other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of surrounding technologies including design patterns and modern standards
Jira and Confluence Management, cloud system delivery experience
Mulesoft and SQL experience
Leadership skills to work effectively with peers within and across organizations
Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
Written and interpersonal communication with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
Ability to manage and execute on multiple project timelines and manage competing priorities
Knowledge in a product operating model and scaled agile
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Six or more years of relevant technical and business experience
Three or more years of managerial experience in a complex business environment involving multiple business issues
