Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Define and communicate the product vision to the development teams
Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for product enhancements
Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve program and product performance
Implement agile and safe best practices to drive efficiency and quality in program and product delivery
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on agile methodologies and product management practices

Required
Proficiency in safe methodologies and frameworks
Experience in product management and ownership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of agile principles and practices
Preferred
Certification in safe product owner/product manager is a plus
