They are seeking a Managing Director / Partner to lead and scale their NetSuite practice nationally, responsible for complex NetSuite delivery, practice growth, and client relationship expansion.

Responsibilities

Serve as executive sponsor and senior delivery leader for large-scale, full-suite NetSuite ERP implementations, typically ranging from $1M–$5M+
Lead complex engagements spanning Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Revenue Recognition, and Advanced Reporting
Partner directly with C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, COO) and private equity stakeholders to drive digital and operational transformation
Ensure delivery excellence across scope, timeline, budget, and client satisfaction for multiple concurrent engagements
Own and scale the NetSuite practice P&L, including revenue growth, margin performance, utilization, and staffing strategy
Drive go-to-market strategy, solution positioning, and pipeline development in partnership with firm leadership and sales teams
Originate new client relationships and expand existing accounts through trusted advisory engagement
Represent the firm within the NetSuite ecosystem, building strategic alliances with NetSuite, ISVs, and cloud partners
Recruit, mentor, and develop Directors, Senior Managers, Solution Architects, and delivery leaders
Establish scalable delivery frameworks, governance models, and implementation best practices
Shape service-line innovation, including packaged offerings, accelerators, and industry-specific NetSuite solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with other advisory practices (e.g., Finance Transformation, Data & Analytics, M&A Advisory)

Required

12+ years of ERP consulting experience, including 7+ years leading NetSuite full-suite implementations
Demonstrated success delivering and overseeing $1M+ ERP engagements for complex, multi-entity organizations
Strong background in professional services or top-tier consulting environments (Big 4, national advisory firm, or NetSuite SI)
Proven ability to operate at the executive and board level, particularly with PE-backed or sponsor-owned companies
Track record of practice building, including revenue growth, team scaling, and market expansion
Deep expertise in NetSuite core modules; familiarity with SuiteSuccess, governance frameworks, and change management
Bachelor's degree required
