Responsibilities

Supervise onsite trade work with a primary focus on safety

Coordinate subcontractor work, project schedule, material delivery, and installation

Maintain ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners

Ensure compliance with safety standards and correct deficiencies in the field

Support Holder initiatives and collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals

Ability to work in an OSHA-compliant safety environment and outdoors

Formal training in scaffolding competent person, crane management, steel erection, emergency response, fall management, excavation and confined space, rigging, hazardous waste, NFPDS/erosion control

Experience identifying and correcting safety deficiencies in the field
