Responsibilities
Own the Process : Lead the full recruiting journey from first outreach through offer acceptance
Create Opportunity : Drive high-volume outbound activity to spark new client relationships and build strong talent pipelines
Prospect & Engage : Source and connect with top candidates through research, referrals, and strategic outreach
Evaluate Talent: Interview candidates to uncover motivation, skill set, and true culture fit
Launch Campaigns : Run creative, targeted recruiting and marketing campaigns that attract high-impact talent
Hit the Phones : Connect through phone-based recruiting and outreach •(comfort with dialing is key)•
Relationship Management : Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates that drive repeat wins and lasting success
Stay Organized : Keep CRM activity and records clean, accurate, and up to date
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of experience succeeding in sales, recruiting, or other people-first/customer service roles
A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
Goal-oriented and motivated by results and closing wins
Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Outlook, and CRM systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
Ability to work onsite from our office in Boise, ID
