Responsibilities

Design, train, and deploy LLMs and GNNs across omics, literature, chemistry, and clinical data
Build and leverage biomedical knowledge graphs to surface novel targets and mechanisms
Partner with ML engineers to fine-tune models for gene–disease association, pathway inference, and compound efficacy
Turn model outputs into actionable drug targets, biomarkers, and MoA hypotheses
Drive in silico analyses that directly inform wet-lab experimental design
Work side-by-side with biologists to validate predictions in vitro and in vivo
Integrate and curate massive datasets (transcriptomics, proteomics, CRISPR, literature corpora)
Prepare high-quality data for LLM fine-tuning and GNN training
