Responsibilities

Drive quality recurring revenue while building and managing strong client relationships across the Phoenix area
Ensure that the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation to closing—is operating efficiently, with high standards of communication, accountability, and performance
Taking action daily through calls, site visits, and networking
Clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and operations
Driving quality, profitable revenue and maintaining high sales standards
Ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
Accountability for subcontractor performance and goal alignment
Documenting and double-checking all sales activities for accuracy
Lead Generation: Cold calling, in-person visits, and networking
Sales Pipeline & CRM Oversight: Managing all opportunities and activities
Proposal & Pricing Preparation: Crafting accurate, competitive proposals
Sales Coordination: Aligning and tracking team and coordinator tasks
Reporting: Delivering consistent revenue and operational updates
Management of Projects (construction clean-ups, floor work, windows)
Weekly leadership review meetings
Daily and weekly performance reports
Revenue generation: $7,500/month in new recurring contracts
Project work: $5,000/month
High client satisfaction and retention
CRM documentation accuracy
Cross-department communication and coordination with Operations
Maintaining high standards in proposal quality and service delivery

Qualification

Required

2–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, account management, or retail leadership with measurable revenue growth
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to analyze sales trends, pricing, and profitability
Self-driven, organized, and adaptable — able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Janitorial experience and ability to speak Spanish is a plus
