Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Service Representatives, providing hands-on coaching, training, and support

Monitor performance metrics and hold your team accountable to sales goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction standards

Drive team engagement through clear communication, recognition, and consistent feedback

Foster a competitive, positive culture where your team is inspired to grow, win, and deliver value

Participate in appointments as needed to model best practices and close skill gaps

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales management experience
