Responsibilities

Handle multiple tickets and track multiple tasks to completion
Ensure that each customer is given your absolute best care
Work well with other technicians and engineers related to escalations and projects
Diagnose networking failures correctly and provide remediation where possible
Troubleshoot system and network-wide issues and problems

Great customer service skills
Process driven approach to solving problems

Ability to diagnose networking failures correctly and provide remediation where possible
Troubleshoot system and network-wide issues and problems
