Responsibilities
Manage all NJ residential real estate transactions from contract to close
Oversee attorney review, inspections, appraisal, title coordination, and closing milestones
Track deadlines and contingencies in our CRM and transaction systems
Communicate daily with agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, and title companies
Maintain accurate, compliant, organized documentation
Follow and improve team checklists and workflows
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of New Jersey residential real estate transaction coordination experience
Experience with New Jersey real estate processes
Strong understanding of contract timelines, contingencies, and compliance
Proficiency with real estate CRMs and transaction platforms
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with eXp Realty, Skyslope, and/or Open to Close
