Responsibilities
Assist an Atlanta based corporate client with a variety of corporate generalist tasks
Drafting and red-lining commercial contracts (NDAs, confidentiality agreements, service agreements)
Assisting the General Counsel with scheduling and coordinating meetings
Acting as an HR liaison
Qualification
Required
5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably with a large corporate firm or large corporate legal department
Experience drafting and red-lining commercial contracts and working on general corporate matters
Strong attention to detail is a must
Outstanding references
Preferred
Prior experience working at a large corporate law firm and/or a large corporate legal department
