Responsibilities

Leads all phases of an integration or divestiture program, from Pursuit close trough Execution completion

Oversees program shaping with proven methodology, detailed planning, execution and post day 1 interim agreements (TSAs)

Acts as a trusted advisor to customer C-suite and staff

Coordinates with external consultants and suppliers to ensure end-to-end solution will meet scope, schedule and price parameters

Performs and/or leads due diligence activities to ensure the consistency of information provided by potential acquisition targets

Coordinates efforts and collaborates with multiple functional teams such as Financial, Legal, Human Resources, Sales and Operations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business, risks, and opportunities

Analyzes and develops financial models for business valuations to support decision making

Identifies risks and issues related to M&A planning, timeliness and functional areas. Oversees creating mitigation plans

Prepares and presents management findings that clearly articulate deal aspects

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience leading Mergers, Acquisitions or Divestitures

Experience working with a global organization of size, scope, and complexity

Experience working with technology

Experience leading teams

Strong communication skills to deliver clearly complex information, issues and recommendations

Strong analytical and quantitative skills to frame analysis, identify insights from complex data and synthesize how those insights might impact business strategy
