Qualification
Required
2+ years of estimating experience in the construction or production industry
Experience with aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, unitized facades, windows, doors, or steel construction
Ability to read, interpret, and execute architectural and construction drawings and schematics
Understanding of hardware requirements (locks, cylinders, etc.)
Previous customer-facing experience
Proficiency in written and verbal English
Preferred
Associate's degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Customer service experience in an estimating role
Experience with Bluebeam, Dynamics 365, or specialized estimating software
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
