Sustainable Talent is hiring a GTM Recruiter to support one of their leading technology clients as part of an embedded recruiting partnership. In this role, you’ll partner directly with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across Go-To-Market and General & Administrative functions.

Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and G&A (HR, Finance, Operations, Legal) teams
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of inbound and outbound strategies
Manage candidate communication and scheduling throughout the interview process
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics within the ATS
Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience from first touch through offer
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience (required)
Generalist recruiting background across multiple functions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience recruiting for technology or SaaS organizations is a plus
