Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
Review cash receipts and handle transfers
Set up new bank accounts
Track and document expenditures on special projects
Prepare and process expenses
Monitor budgets and payments related to charitable donations
Serve as liaison with related business entities, vendors, and internal staff- heavy communication among multiple parties
Qualification
Required
2+ years' experience
Administrative Assistant with light accounting exposure and a knack for numbers and detail
OR, Accounts Payable professional with ~ 2 years experience
Strong MS Office, particularly Excel
