Responsibilities
Ensure the highest quality customer service to residents and prospects
Respond to leasing inquiries, following up on leads, and touring apartments
Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements
Process rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits
Managing move-ins and move-outs
Process maintenance requests and work orders
Manage and participate in leasing and renewal activities
Monitor use of community facilities, mail, and fitness center
Lead the leasing team and set regular goals to achieve
Assisting with any other administrative and property management tasks that are assigned to you
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years' experience in the apartment management industry
Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure
Strong communication and writing skills with ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred
Prior experience with Yardi software is preferred, but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
