Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements
Support the implementation and integration of CoStar, enabling real estate leasing functionality for retail spaces
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, manage data conversion, and execute testing (including cutover and integration testing)
Facilitate end-to-end SAP solutions that optimize financial processes and support retail operations
Coordinate and execute change requests from process design through functional specifications and implementation
Maintain ongoing collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve pain points, and prioritize enhancements
Ensure accurate data extraction and synchronization between SAP and CoStar systems. Stay current on SAP best practices and CoStar capabilities to provide informed recommendations

Required

10+ years of SAP functional and architectural experience, with strong expertise in FI/CO and SD modules
Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations in a retail environment
Hands-on experience with CoStar (real estate leasing technology) implementation or integration
Strong understanding of retail leasing processes and real estate data management
Experience with data conversion, cutover planning, and testing in complex system integrations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Familiarity with SAP Fashion and Vertical Business Solutions
