Responsibilities
Provide onsite technical support clients in a professional, efficient manner
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when needed
Implement system enhancements and upgrades to improve performance and stability
Carry out routine maintenance, including software updates and configuration changes
Qualification
Required
A passport is needed and full US working rights
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (will look at YearUp, Npower, bootcamps too)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of Microsoft 365, endpoint management, device deployment, cloud migration, Active Directory or Azure
Previous customer service experience
Someone who can handle difficult, high stressed situations
Preferred
Someone who has passion outside of work. Think sports, music, military etc
