Understand and develop architectures supporting multi-domain networks

Work with stakeholders to understand and establish requirements and decompose the requirements into executable architectures

Be able to effectively communicate to stakeholders technical and programmatic trades of different technologies and architectures

Provide technical leadership to select, design, and deliver space networking products, standards, and protocols
