Responsibilities
Implement and manage a centralized vendor management system
Inventory and organize all vendor contracts and licensing agreements
Track contract terms, renewals, usage, and internal ownership
Proactively manage renewals, audits, and optimization opportunities
Identify underutilized licenses, redundant vendors, and cost savings
Partner with Finance to reconcile vendor payments and contract data
Support vendor communications and negotiations as needed
Provide reporting and insights to leadership and department stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business needs
Qualification
Required
Experience in vendor management, contract administration, procurement, or operations preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
Comfortable building processes and systems from the ground up
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Law firm experience, a plus
