Responsibilities

Framework Development Build| enhance| and maintain an end-to-end automation framework using Playwright with TypeScript or JavaScript
Test Scripting Design and execute high-quality test scripts for functional| regression| integration| and E2E scenarios
CICD Integration Integrate automated test suites into DevOps pipelines (e.g.| GitHub Actions| GitLab CI| or Jenkins) to enable automated gated check-ins. API Testing
Develop automated tests for RESTful APIs to ensure data integrity and backend reliability
Cross-Browser Validation Leverage Playwrights capabilities to ensure seamless application performance across Chromium| Firefox| and WebKit
Defect Management Identify| document| and track software defects using JIRA. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve flaky tests
Code Reviews Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high standards for test code maintainability and scalability

Required

8 - 10 years of experience
Playwright - MUST HAVE
Designing, developing, and maintaining a robust automation framework
Integrating automated suites into CICD pipelines

Designing and executing high-quality test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and E2E scenarios
Integrating automated test suites into DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins)
Developing automated tests for RESTful APIs to ensure data integrity and backend reliability
Ensuring seamless application performance across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit
Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using JIRA
Participating in peer code reviews to maintain high standards for test code maintainability and scalability
