Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex server and hardware infrastructure issues
Perform server installations, hardware replacements, and component repairs
Support Linux-based systems using basic to intermediate command-line skills
Conduct basic network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP-related issues
Manage work intake and prioritize tasks using a ticketing system
Document work performed and maintain accurate operational records
Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge and best practices
Follow established procedures, security protocols, and operational guidelines
Adapt to feedback and adjust performance as needed to meet team and business needs
Qualification
Required
