Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting both internal and external customers with questions and problem resolution for ATM, Debit, and Prepaid Debit Card Products offered by Peoples Bank via phone or through automated systems
Responsible for providing information, research, and problem resolution for disputed ACH and Debit Card transactions
Process disputes, chargebacks, and representments daily
Maintain thorough understanding of all procedures and applicable regulations
Will monitor reports, complete service requests and perform routine debit card maintenance
Process requests for employee credit cards
Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity
Will perform special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED certificate required
Must have strong customer care skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to respond to customers and co-workers alike
Ability to set work priorities while under pressure to meet daily deadlines
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact in a positive manner with co-workers and management
Efficiency oriented, self-motivated and a flexible team player who is adaptable to change
Preferred
Associates degree preferred
At least 1 year of banking experience preferred
Knowledge of MasterCard Dispute processing preferred
Prior experience with Salesforce and FIS/IBS financial software products is preferred but not required
