Responsibilities

Corporate Accounting: Ensure proper recording and coding of Corporate costs. Assist with the monthly close process, balance sheet reconciliations, GL review for coding accuracy, as well as internal and external audit requests and ad hoc reporting. Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for manager review and approval in alignment with corporate finance deadlines

Departmental Reporting: Analyze monthly actual performance compared to budget and provide ad hoc reporting to budget owners. This role will be the liaison between accounting and Corporate departments to facilitate accurate and timely reporting to decision makers

Lease Administration: Ensure CoStar (cloud based lease platform/subledger) is up to date with current lease portfolio. Review lease contracts and manage the accounting/analysis components of the lease portfolio through lease administration software, including key lease life cycle events, such as extensions, amendments, and terminations

Collaboration: Maintain a great working relationship within our corporate finance team and with the teams in the divisions and departments

Ad hoc: Support ad hoc financial information requests, analyses, and other special projects, as assigned
